Lisa Marie Presley Cause of Death Revealed
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Presley’s cause of death was due to a small bowel obstruction, stemming from bariatric surgery she had several years ago.
The autopsy report also said she had been complaining of stomach pain earlier in the day, she was rushed to the hospital and died the same day.
Lisa Marie Presley died in January at the age of 54 years old. She rests in Graceland’s Meditation Garden, at her father’s iconic estate in Tennessee, next to her son, Benjamin Keough, sadly he committed suicide in 2020.
The medical examiner did find opioids and her system but I did not list them as they did not contribute to her death as he seemed to have been prescribed for pain treatment and sleep.
