A 64-year old Lee’s Summit, Missouri man has been ticketed for disturbing the peace & faces a $1000 fine or a year in jail for allegedly aiming a laser pointer at Tom Brady’s face during the Patriots’ 37-31 AFC overtime win over the Chiefs on January 20th.
The man’s name is Dwyan Morgan and is facing a class B misdemeanor for first-time offenders. The Chiefs said the fan was not a season ticket holder however he faces a lifetime ban from Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs used video surveillance and eye witness testimony to identify the suspected person of interest. More news to come on this developing story.
