George Zimmerman is Suing Elizabeth Warren & Pete Buttigieg for $265 Million in Defamation Case
George Zimmerman is reportedly suing Democratic presidential contenders Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren over ‘defaming’ tweets while paying tribute to Trayvon Martin on what would have been his 25th birthday.
The lawsuit claims that their tweets have caused “actual malice” and “as a pretext to demagogue and falsely brand Zimmerman as a white supremacist and racist to their millions of Twitter followers.” This is the stupid thing about America, anyone can sue anyone for anything.
“Both defendants, Buttigieg and Warren, are alleged in the complaint to have acted with actual malice, as it is widely known that Zimmerman was acquitted of murder based on self-defense,” the announcement said, according to the Washington Times.
Zimmerman is a fame-seeking murderer who wants his chance to shine but is actually suffering in the publically eye and he can’t see it. He’s lucky to have had a good attorney that got him a get out of jail free card and found a loophole in a law that basically condoned the killing of Trevon Martin.
George Zimmerman should be glad he is not in prison right now as he deserves to be. Where does this guy get the money to hire attornies and sue people? He has no job, nor has he contributed to society since his acquittal. Can someone please answer this for me?
If the candidates are smart they won’t respond. Any words directed at Zimmerman would be a form of “propping” him up. Anyone that agrees with this lawsuit purely because of political reasons will reveal what’s wrong with our country on a micro-level, that hate and tribalism have consumed this country more than we thought and their rhetoric is working.
The criticism is on both sides as it is ridiculous that they blame white supremacy of all things and this coming from two candidates who have had issues with racism themselves.
Elizabeth Warren had a controversy where she snuck into college as a minority claiming to be Native American where she also used that as a crutch to benefit her when necessary and Mayor Pete enforced racial disparities in South Bend, Indiana, with the highest arrests rates of black people for marijuana in the country.
All I’m saying is we can’t be hypocrites and follow examples like these idiots are pushing out there into the public.
