Chris Mathews announced his retirement on MSNBC moments ago. In his explanation, Matthews sounded like he didn’t choose this moment on his own but much like he was forced.
However in his words regarding inappropriate comments towards women Matthews implied he was fired or urged to retire before something comes out where he’ll be forced to quit. I wonder if his comments were recent or for past behavior.
It’s been a bad few days for the democrats the guy who compares Bernies win to the nazis invading parts of Europe just quit live on air, Klobuchar quits, Pete quits and Steyer quits.
Now the question is what type of Democrat will they have in that hour going forward.
