In court, Wednesday the prosecutors said they could not locate the surveillance footage outside of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell during his ‘first suicide attempt,’ it has gone missing. Epstein was found dead in a different cell two weeks after the ‘first suicide attempt.’
The government has no explanation for why the footage has gone missing, they said they simply can’t find it. The judge has demanded that the government locate the footage.
A spokesman for the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office and Bruce Barket, an attorney for Nick Tartaglione, who shared a cell with Epstein, have confirmed that the footage was not preserved.
Tartaglione’s attorneys filed a request for the footage to be retained two days after Epstein’s unsuccessful suicide attempt on July 23, according to Barket. Tartaglione’s case stems heavily on this footage to help clear his name as he said he tried to save Epstein, Tartaglione is a former police officer who has been accused of a quadruple murder because of a drug deal gone wrong.
The man was murdered to protect the pedophiles and the rich men who run the system and to keep themselves protected. What I find disturbing is Bill Barr said he personally reviewed footage then where the hell is it? Does this fall on Barr or someone else? I don’t know right now.

On top of that, Epstein’s brother has opened the case to look into the death of his brother where he hired a forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, to oversee his brother’s autopsy confirming that Epstein didn’t kill himself.
