According to Fiona Hill, President Trump’s top Russian adviser testified to the House investigators that the snitch was none other than President Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton who.
Former National Security Adviser John Bolton was so disturbed by Rudy Giuliani’s efforts to get the Ukrainians to investigate President Donald Trump’s political opponents that he called it a “drug deal,” Fiona Hill reportedly told Congress on Monday.
Bolton instructed Fiona Hill to notify the chief lawyer for the National Security Council that Rudy Giuliani was working with Mick Mulvaney on a rogue operation with legal implications, Hill told the investigators.
“I am not part of whatever drug deal Rudy and Mulvaney are cooking up,” John Bolton told Fiona Hill to tell White House lawyers, NYT reports. Bolton even described Guiliani to Hill as a “hand grenade” that’s going to “blow everybody up.”
House investigators are now trying to decide whether to question Bolton, The Washington Post reports.
The former presidential candidate and former New York City mayor is now punching back after Hill also testified that Bolton had strongly opposed Giuliani’s successful push to have Trump remove America’s ambassador to Kyiv, Marie Yovanovitch.
Yovanovitch had a reputation for fighting corruption in Ukraine. “I don’t know Fiona and can’t figure out what she is talking about,” Giuliani told the Post on Monday night, adding that he believes she was out of the loop when it came to Ukraine, at least compared with Sondland. “She just didn’t know,” Giuliani said, reiterating his assertion that he was working on orders from the State Department.
I wouldn’t trust shit Bolton says, he’s a warmonger and someone who has a history of lies that have caused thousands to die, ala weapons of mass destruction, Iraq, Afghanistan and so on. He was so mad that President Trump wanted to remove troops from the middle east he threw an absolute fit.
