The former Alaska governor’s husband, Todd Palin, filed for divorce from Sarah Palin citing an “incompatibility of temperament between the parties… and finds it impossible to live together” per the Anchorage Daily News. Sarah and Todd had been married for 31 years.
Sarah Palin served as governor of Alaska from 2006 until her resignation in 2009, when she ran as John McCain’s running mate in the 2008 presidential election, nicknamed a pitbull with lipstick.
Todd has requested for joint custody of their son Trig, while their other children Piper, Bristol, Willow, and Track are all over the age of 18. I find it odd that this is happening considering this is right after they celebrated their wedding anniversary last month, a hell of a gift he gave her.
All the news broke once a blogger named Craig Medred discovered the court filings, nobody from the family has made a public statement yet.
