The accused cult leader Keith Raniere, who co-founded the group in upstate New York called NXIVM, has been found guilty of all charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and child pornography. The trial lasted six weeks, the jury reached their decision in just less than 5 hours.

During the six-week-plus trial, prosecutors accused Raniere of making female members of his group live on starvation diets, ordering them to have sex with him and get branded with his initials.

The proclaimed self help narcissistic guru will be sentenced in late September where hopefully will be sentenced to life in Prison. It’s important to remember this was funded heavily by Seagrams liquor owner and included Smallville star Allison Mack who pleaded guilty earlier this year.

Mack pleaded guilty in a New York court to racketeering charges. Prosecutors say she helped recruit women to a secret sub-society within the cult-like group.

According to one victim who testified, Raniere and Mack convinced her to falsely accuse her father of sexual abuse but also sign a variety of documents releasing the group from liability for “physical and psychological injuries” and “disfigurement,” and also one allowing the cult leader to take credit for anything she published.
