Author E. Jean Carroll Who Accused President Trump of Rape Sues for his DNA

Attorneys for columnist E. Jean Carroll, who accused Donald Trump of raping her in a New York department store in the 1990s, in which she said lasted no more than three minutes, is seeking a sample of the president’s DNA. Carroll’s attorney’s want to determine whether the president’s DNA matches genetic material found on the dress she wore during the alleged assault.

I only wore it once since then and that was at the photoshoot for the New York Magazine article about my book,” Carroll said. “Unidentified male DNA on the dress could prove that Donald Trump not only knows who I am, but also that he violently assaulted me in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman, and then defamed me by lying about it and impugning my character.

Carroll alleged in a book that Trump raped her along with other men over the years, but claims this took place in the 1990s. She’s supposedly kept the dress she wore during the assault that she had only ever worn once. She is suing Trump for defamation after the president denied her allegation.

On Thursday, her attorney, Roberta Kaplan, filed court documents calling on Trump to submit a sample on March 2 in Washington, DC, for “analysis and comparison against unidentified male DNA present on the dress” Carroll wore that day. They did find a total of four types of DNA and one individual who had male DNA.

I try to push him off with my one free hand — for some reason, I keep holding my purse with the other — and I finally get a knee up high enough to push him out and off and I turn, open the door, and run out of the dressing room

President Trump has denied any and all allegations and has respectfully said she isn’t his “type” and that it “never happened.” President Trump has tried to have courts throw out Carroll’s lawsuit against him but courts have denied his requests. They are requesting a saliva swab from the president and I doubt they get it.

She is trying to sell a new book — that should indicate her motivation. It should be sold in the fiction section. Shame on those who make up false stories of assault to try to get publicity for themselves, or sell a book, or carry out a political agenda
